ELIAS is the Electronic Information and Application System of the Accreditation Council. It is an online-based application system for the accreditation of study programs (programme accreditation), higher education quality assurance systems (System Accreditation) and Alternative Procedures. It enables higher education institutions to create and submit applications completely digitally and to track the entire process.
